The makers of the popular K-Special Back introduce the Key–Hole Back, a new solution to the problem of finding comfortable, supportive seating for clients with moderate to severe conditions resulting in spinal curvature.

The Key-Hole Back’s innovative design improves quality of life by improving visual field, respiratory function, balance and trunk support. The unique Key-Hole Back construction adjust to numerous forms of spinal curvature – eg. Kyphosis, scoliosis and spina-bifida. The split flexible panels with soft cover makes it eccentric, this greatly reduces painful pressure points when client moves around in wheelchair. By properly adjusting the straps give reliable lumber support and forms a vertical curve that acts as a block to prevent the initial sliding down and forward in the wheelchair.

The Key-Hole Back is an effective, off-the-shelf alternative to the expense and frustration of custom products. It easily fits any type of wheelchair and still allows the chair to fold normally.
